This week's reflections (21.02.2014)

What pleasant surprises did I discover this week? I just love people! Being back in the corporate office of the company I work at, reminded me how my happiness depends on seeing new faces, chatting to colleagues and listening to conversations (not eavesdropping). Working from home since the beginning of January has made me appreciate the company of others.

What lessons did my work teach me that I could build upon next week? Being focused in this money hungry world is the key. If you spin slightly off of your axle, you will spend more time and energy regaining that focus with could be costly. Always have an idea of where you're going and what you need to do to get there.

Are my short-term efforts and long-term goals still aligned? Yes

What could I have spent more or less time doing? I could have spent more time telling my loved ones how much they mean to me. This should be a must every week!

How did fear and uncertainty affect what I did and didn't do? Once again, this week went well in regards to the decisions I made. I hope to help others, like my colleagues, get into a more confidant mindset.

What mental clutter can I clear? Stress; about house hunting and purchasing our new car. If it will be, it will be and I need to accept that.

What is the first logical step for next week? Uplift others around me, help where I can and appreciate the people around me.
